We don't cold-press at JUS by Julie. Instead, we blend our JUS with very powerful and highly sensitive machinery to ensure that you're getting the best nutritional benefits and a great consistency. Cold pressing juice removes all of the fiber in the fruits and vegetables. Our blended juice incorporates the whole fruit and vegetable, including the skin and fiber, where many important nutrients are found. The texture is thicker, and almost like a smoothie.

You're getting the entire fruit and vegetable when enjoying our blended JUS. Our special blending process breaks up the fiber, which gives a smoother consistency than a traditional smoothie and makes the produce easier to digest.
